1. Scope and Provider
These Terms govern the relationship between Trackbee.co - Krystian Chodak Unternehmung, Beim Kloster Dohren 75, 21614 Buxtehude ("Provider") and the users of the "Trackbee" browser extension and website (trackbee.co).
2. Services, Contract Conclusion, and Explicit Acceptance
(1) Trackbee enables users to monitor prices on third-party online stores through the browser extension and receive notifications regarding price changes. The service is provided entirely free of charge.
(2) These Terms must be explicitly accepted by the user. By actively ticking the dedicated checkbox "I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" during the registration or initial extension setup process, you declare your explicit acceptance of these Terms.
(3) The contract is formally concluded once the user has explicitly accepted the Terms and the service is made available by the Provider.
3. User Account, Security, and Updates
(1) To access specific functional aspects of the browser extension (such as email alerts), you must register a personal user account using a valid email address and a secure password.
(2) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, especially your password, and must prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are fully liable for all activities occurring under your account, unless you are not responsible for the unauthorized use.
(3) You have the right and ability to change, update, or reset your registered email address and password at any time through the settings interface provided within the extension.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
(1) All rights, title, and interest in and to the Trackbee browser extension (including the source code, design, logos, and trademark) remain exclusively with the Provider.
(2) Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and fully revocable license to use the extension solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
(3) Any reverse engineering, decompilation, automated data extraction (scraping) of the service infrastructure, or commercial redistribution of the extension without explicit written permission from the Provider is strictly prohibited.
5. Warranty and Liability
(1) Since the service is provided entirely free of charge, the Provider's liability is strictly limited to intent and gross negligence in accordance with German statutory provisions for gratuitous services (§ 521 BGB).
(2) The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the service, nor does the Provider guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the price data retrieved from third-party websites.
